Mostly naughty, generally funny, nigelmarch on Instagram is a fun account to follow as Nigel snaps and posts photos from his home, parties he is promoting or just goofing around with his husband and friends in Toronto.

ManExpeditions on Instagram has been around for a while but only recently have they been posting with any consistency so you may not be aware of this account which captures photos from their eco-adventure trips around the world.

Perhaps you’d like to check them out or live vicariously through their photos, which are always filled with men smiling and obviously enjoying themselves, typically somewhere in nature.  Like the photo above, which was taken this past August in Seward, Alaska.

This week on Instagram I’m featuring an account of a handsome French personal trainer and model who’s account is filled with so many beautiful photos it is a bit distracting.

The professional photos which are highly stylized may not be for everyone, but I enjoy the quality of the images and the eye-candy factor and thought you may as well. The account is already quite popular with nearly 225,000 followers so perhaps you already follow this piece of man candy.

I first started writing about Adrian De Berardinis a.k.a. “The Bear Naked Chef” back in 2015 when he launched a short-lived YouTube cooking show where he made (mostly) Italian meals wearing an apron and little else. I actually made a couple of his meals and was sorry when the series stopped several months later.

Adrian has been keeping himself busy, and is currently planning to host a Roman culinary experience in October that will be filled with cooking lessons and exploring the region (you can learn more about this on his IG account if interested). Despite the fact that he is no longer sharing cooking videos on YouTube he continues to post handsome photos of himself, which in and of itself makes following Adrian worth following on Instagram.

Guys who live in Boston will likely know or recognize Stephen and David St. Russell. They are an outgoing and friendly couple who bought a fixer-upper in Dorchester earlier this year.

Stephen and David are in the midst of turning a 19th century Victorian house that was in some serious need of TLC into their dream home. Like all good Millennials they have set up a website to share their story, which you can see here, and are using Instagram to document the house’s transformation.

It is far more fun following these two on Instagram than any faux-reality show I’ve seen on HGTV.

This week on Instagram I’m featuring a profile I first saw on Unicorn Booty. ChuanDo Tan is from Singapore, a former model turned photographer who is 50 but has a body better than most 20 year old guys.

ChuanDo’s photos are a combination of flirty selfies (not all as revealing as the one above) and pictures from his photography business, Chuando & Frey, known for its edgy fashion photos. I love that Chuando’s pictures challenge stereotypes about age and race, and I think you’ll like Chuando’s washboard abs.

This week on Instagram I’m featuring the account of an out, gay male model who many of you may already follow considering he has nearly 800,000 followers already. I first started following Max on YouTube where he regularly posts.

However, Instagram was made for images and models make for excellent accounts to follow if you like handsome men. I love the photo above of him dressed up as the character “Max” from the children’s book, Where the Wild Things Are – one of my all time favorite books.
