Nearly 50 events, parties and programs are listed below. They range from the Boston Gay Men’s Book Club to Housboi a mid-week drag show / party and includes pretty much everything in between.

While it can be tempting to stay in, there is a lot happening this weekend and I’d like to encourage you to make plans with friends to check out a few of the events I’ve listed below. There is a little bit of something for everyone.

If you want to do something a bit more active head out and meet up with Queer Inclusive Climbing Klub (QuICK) or go check out Gay Kickball (Opening Day) on Sunday. If you’re in the mood for a show, check out Brokelahomo at Ramrod, Wig Out at The Oberon or Love! Valour! Compassion at the BCA Theater, it is opening weekend and they are worth checking out.  There are also some great parties this weekend including Night of 1000 Xtinas with special guest Farrah Moan, So Hot Saturdaes: Wig Party and Dont Ask Dont Tell: Virgin Nights III just to name a few.

Last year approximately 1,200 of you attended Boston Spirit Magazine’s annual LGBT Executive Networking Night at the Boston Marriott Copley in the Back Bay. It seems to me as if there is a ridiculous amount of activities happening in and around Boston this week starting with the world’s longest running Boston Marathon on Monday.

The History Project is bringing back the hanky code next week on Sunday, April 22. The color-coded signaling system popular in the 70s & 80s will be hosted at Jacques and will have music by DJ Brian Halligan as well as a performance by Werewolf Becky. Tickets must be purchased in advance to attend this party.
