May you enjoy your morning cup of coffee as much as I’m enjoying Lando.

This week’s vintage gay post comes from The Vintage Life blog. I normally post photos of couples or groups but this week’s photo has such an endearing letter I thought I’d share. It reads, Jeff, The ‘hot man’ from Chicago. We have plenty of good times ahead of us this year + next at Exeter plus four years of Princeton. Best of luck in tennis this spring and always. Arch. I’d love to know more about this mystery couple who attended some of the most elite schools in America.
I dedicate this weekly post, featuring vintage gay photographs, to the men and women who lived in a more critical time where being true to yourself and loving who you want wasn’t always an option and came at a great price. Hopefully the caption I’ve shared below inspires you to offer up one or two of your own. Leave a funny caption in the comment section, and I’ll approve it for readers to enjoy.

Much thanks to long time reader, Bob Lowe, for sharing this week’s photo as suggestion for a future a Furry Friday post. The picture above is of the very handsome model, Jeffrey Schnelder.

Any thoughts when this photo may have been taken. The pants make me think that it may date as far back as the 1940s, but I’m really terrible at identifying photos by fashion and clothing. Someone help!
