As we all hunker down and do our best to help flatten the curve, I’m putting my weekly “what’s happening” post on hiatus and suggesting a prolonged “Netflix-and-Chill” approach while we ride out COVID-19. Below I’ve shared some of the programming I watched this week. Share what you’re watching in the comments section. I’d welcome your suggestions.
This week I watched:
Spencer Confidential Netflix film starringMark Wahlberg The movie is entertaining if you like the police detective genre.
Fourth Man Out is a comedy about a 24 year old mechanic who finally comes out to his best friends. It’s cute and funny and was a good 90-minute escape.
The Great British Baking Show (Season 5) w/ Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood. I can’t seem to get into the newer episodes w/ Prue Leith replacing Mary Berry as a judge and the new hosts Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig just don’t seem as fun to watch as Sue Perkins and Mel Giedrovc.
What have you been watching? Leave a few suggestions in the comments section for me and other readers who may be looking for something new to watch.
ADAM & ANDY is set in the fictional New England town of Woodfield, CT. You can learn more about Adam and Andy and purchase a copy of “the definitive collection of Adam and Andy” by visiting, adamandandy.com.

When phrases like “social distancing” and “flattening the curve” become a part of our vernacular and are trending on social media, you know that something is up.
Many meetings, events and programs last week made last minute decisions to cancel so I’m going to take a hiatus from publishing events this week and suggest a prolonged “Netflix-n-Chill” approach while we ride out COVID-19.
Below you’ll find an easy to follow guide on how to wash your hands since that seems to be among the best ways to prevent the spread. For more information about symptoms related to Coronavirus, visit this CDC site.
