Bruce Vilanch appears at Club Cafe this Saturday, August 16th.

If you are looking for a good night of laughs, I would assume this is as close to a sure thing as one can get.

Vilanch is wickedly funny, and I assume when in a room of mostly gay men his stories will make for an evening you won’t soon forget.

This Sunday the Big Gay Boat Ride (BGBR) Tea Dance is back.  The music and fun starts at 2:30 PM – don’t be late since the boat leaves at 3PM promptly at 70 Rowes Wharf (Gate C at Boston Harbor Hotel).  As the FB event page says, just look for the boys, boas and balloons.

Join Boston’s Gay and Lesbian Business Chamber and Corporate Sponsor, TD Bank, for the first and longest running LGBTQ Boat Cruise in Boston with all proceeds donated to the AIDS Action Committee and Community Servings next Tuesday.

Food and drink will be available while DJ Andrea Stamas spins all your favorite dance mixes.  Be sure you make a pit stop at an ATM before heading over as BK’s is a cash only establishment.

Tomorrow night The Boston Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence are performing a cabaret review called Joyful Noise to promote local talent and raise funds for the Boston Sisters’ Community Grant Fund.

Beverly Leslie Leslie Jordan makes a quick stop in Boston for two shows at Club Cafe on Tuesday, July 29 and Wednesday, July 30 ($25 general admission and $35 VIP seating).

Note that a second show on Wednesday was added even though it isn’t mentioned in the promo flyer I included in this post.
