This week’s photo comes from the Facebook group, Men who like men in kilts. If you’re a fan of my weekly Men in Kilts post and you have a Facebook account you may want to consider joining this friendly group.
Meet this week’s Scruffy Sunday couple. I stumbled upon them on the IG account @Intergaycial. Piero and Randy met on Tinder in Milan last year and have been inseparable since then. Click on the link to the IG account for more adorable photos of these two men. I thought this photo made for the perfect Scruffy Sunday post. WDYT?

Each Friday morning I post a riddle to get you to think outside the box and exercise your brain. If you are stumped, share it with a friend or colleague and see if you can figure out the answer together.
Leave your answer in the comment section. I’ll approve responses later in the day to give people a chance to respond without seeing any spoilers. The answer I’m looking for this week involves more adult humor than my typical riddle, but with that hint, I’m thinking several of you may figure this out.

Much thanks to Tennessee Tony for sharing this week’s vintage gay photo. These two look like school boys to me. What do you think? I’d love to know what their story is. They are clearly close – look at how they touch from their shoulders to their feet. Anyone have a clue when this picture may have been taken?
I dedicate this weekly post, featuring vintage gay photographs, to the men and women who lived in a more critical time where being true to yourself and loving who you want wasn’t always an option and came at a great price. Do you have a photo you would like to share? Email me at bosguymail@gmail.com.
The World Naked Bike Ride is a free, clothing optional global protest for more bikeable streets and curbing urban pollution. Boston hosted its first world naked bike ride in 2010 but unfortunately this year’s ride has been cancelled. If you are interested in helping rebuild and organize Boston’s next World Naked Bike Ride you can connect with the national organizer, worldnakedbikeride.org.
UPDATE – 5:30p.m. JULY 20, 2021:The Boston Public Health Commission has issued a public health advisory for those returning from travel to Ptown. Asking all to get tested within 5 days of return regardless of vaccination status or symptoms. More info here:https://bit.ly/2UoOTak.
The Boston Globe is reporting that earlier this morning Provincetown’s select board and board of health issued a new mask-wearing advisory following an uptick in COVID-19 cases among vaccinated and unvaccinated people after July Fourth weekend.
The advisory recommends people wear masks when indoors regardless of their COVID-19 vaccination status, “where social distancing cannot be achieved.” As of this past Friday (July 16), there were 132 confirmed positive cases. For those in Provincetown looking to get tested, the town has extended their mobile testing to be available through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Community Center parking lot. COVID-19 vaccinations made by Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer will also be available at the site.
How the recent uptick in cases may impact large public gatherings like the Boatslip’s daily tea dances and nightclubs remains to be seen. For more information, read The Boston Globe article, here.
It is the height of summer here in Boston so this gentleman is overdressed for the summer, but I thought he looked so dapper that it was worth taking a break from all the shirtless photos to share.
This week I thought I’d share this photo of Alex Lederman. Alex is a dad and farmer who lives in Western Mass. He also has done a bit of modeling back in the day. This is an older photo of Alex. You can also follow him on Instagram.
