When I first saw this Sam Tsui video that was posted in 2009 I was hooked. I love Michael Jackson’s music and I thought this medley was brilliant. Do you remember this vintage ‘tube?
Have a great Saturday night.

You needn’t be a music lover or even familiar with classical music to appreciate this humorous and brilliant pianist’s interpretation of how Beethoven, Chopin, Brahms, Bach and Mozart might’ve performed “Happy Birthday”.
Enjoy this fantastic video and thank you Sergio for sharing this with me.
Normally I don’t post content like this but with the tide of public opinion and finally a supportive government (thank you President Obama), these rants no longer terrify me; James David Manning and his rants are now anachronistic. Between his rant against President Obama who is apparently destroying the black American family and his praise for African leaders who would like to kill homosexuals, Mr. Manning, Chief Pastor for ATLAH Worldwide Ministry Church in Harlem says this:
Now the white homo is now moving into black neighborhoods, looking for black men that have been converted into homosexuality. But black women, let me say something to you. You will have a very hard time competing against a white homosexual male. He usually has money. A white homo usually has an American Express card. He usually has an opportunity at the theater – homos love the theater, they love to go out to dinner parties. They love that kind of a thing and as a black woman you can’t compete.
Thanks for sharing this with me Lady High Heels.
It is hard for me to believe, but YouTube has been around for nearly a decade. Hey betch, do you remember this vintage ‘tube that was post back in the spring of 2006?
Have a great Saturday night.
No plans on Sunday afternoon? You may want to talk to your buddies this weekend and check out this Sunday’s Back2Basics Tea Dance at Club Cafe which will be spinning 80s classics from 5 pm to 10 pm.
Yesterday The AIDS Action Committee hosted their annual fundraiser and tasting, The Taste of the South End. This casual, fun event which draws heavily from South End residents and local foodies never fails to entertain and provides everyone a chance to interact with some of Boston’s most recognizable chefs. Thank you to everyone who was nice enough to pose, the participating restaurants andto AIDS Action for making this one of my favorite events to attend each year.

Are you planning to head down to Provincetown for the Independence Week parties? For those of you not familiar with Ptown or if you’ve never been during the week of the 4th of July check out this teaser from the Crown & Anchor.
It is hard for me to believe, but YouTube has been around for nearly a decade. I’m contemplating creating a regular post that includes what I’ll refer to as (insert tongue in cheek) ‘vintage ‘tube’.
This video was played often at Club Cafe in Boston and at many other gay bars I would presume. I love Daft Punk, I love this song, and I love these guys. Do you remember this vintage ‘tube?
Have a great Saturday night.

Mark your calendars and dust off that tuxedo. Boston’s gay prom is Saturday, April 26. Sergio and I will miss this year’s festivities as we celebrate the wedding of our very good friends Ralph & Joao, but I look forward to hearing all about this year’s Men’s Event.
More information and tickets for The Men’s Event here
Hey Ladies – here is info about The Women’s Dinner Paahty – March 29th
Here is a glimpse of The Fenway Men’s Event 2013.
OMG…I love this video. Perhaps the humor plays better on the West coast or for Aussies and Kiwis. Thank you little bro for the tip.
This is HI-larious.
This funny video mimics pharmaceutical drug commercials on television and pokes fun at many people’s obsession with having children by sharing the side effects you can come to expect when you decide you’re not having kids. Thanks to my brother (and new Dad), for sharing this.
Not to be outdone by The Canadian Institute of Diversity and Inclusion (CIDI) – see my previous post if you are unsure of what I’m talking about – Norway has issued their own response to Russia’s anti-LGBT propaganda law. Thanks for bringing this to my attention Jon Rodriguez.

I previously wrote about how Neil Patrick Harris was named the Hasty Pudding Theatricals 2014 Man of the Year. Yesterday NPH came to Harvard to collect his award and as you can see he looked quite dapper.

However, as the ceremonies started, the ribbing and jesting began and of course, it wouldn’t be the Hasty Pudding if there wasn’t any cross-dressing and kissing. Do you think David Burtka was jealous; I doubt it. Here is a quick overview of all the fun in Cambridge courtesy of Reuters.
