I admit that I’m a Zachary Quinto fan and I’m a Missy Elliot fan so there was no way I wasn’t going to post this video of Quinto putting it on the line in his lip sync battle where he performs “Get Ur Freak On”. I hope it brings a smile to your face as well.

Boston’s Pride Parade officially starts at 12PM on Saturday, June 11th. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the route or looking to meet friends somewhere along the pride parade path, use this official Boston Pride Parade map as a guide or you can visit the page for the parade here.

Out to Climb
The Welcoming Committee is taking over Somerville’s own Brooklyn Boulders monthly LGBTQ Out to Climb event. Join them for a fun night out. Although I’m sure many of you have them, TWC assured me that there is no need for you to bring your favorite harness. Your ticket (which is just $19) includes admission, rental equipment – harness and shoes – climbing orientation and admittance to their Pride Celebration.

The weekend is so close – don’t stay at home. Bob The Drag Queen and local favorite Laila McQueen from this season’s RPDR will be at Machine tonight and the Imperial Court is hosting a Bear Pride event at Paradise in Cambridge. Come out and attend one of these Boston Pride events.

Interestingly in my home state of Massachusetts there appears to be a fixation on “Daddies” where as race-based searches for Latinos and Blacks dominate the Southwest and Southeast.

Come out and attend one of these Boston Pride events tonight. Later this evening be sure to stop by Cathedral Station for the third annual Heels for Hope which raises money for BAGLY.
