This week on Instagram I’m featuring Izzy Berdan; someone you may not know if you are not part of Boston’s LGBTQ community.
Izzy is a creative tour de force who adds so much to our community. Opinionated and eccentric this local artist is who I think of when I hear people talk about the creative economy. His IG account includes a lot of his provocative and beautiful photography.

Where the phrase, “In your face” was started.
I enjoy poetry and from time to time I do write down a few lines like this haiku, which I believe I wrote about 15+ years ago when I was first coming out. Like most of my poetry, it isn’t that deep or abstract so perhaps you can relate.

Towelroad has put out a call for what they refer to as “exceptional print-worthy images that convey the spirit, the people, and the beauty of America’s greatest gay destination,” a.k.a. Provincetown. The images will be used in their fourth annual edition of Ptown Hacks, and will be distributed all summer in more than 100 businesses across town and online. One of my favorite skits from last night’s SNL with Jimmy Fallon was the reprisal of his reoccurring SNL character “Sully” and the surprise guest appearance of his equally obnoxious girlfriend “Denise” played by Rachel Dratch. Despite the passage of time Sully & Denise still make me laugh.
Apologies for those of you who may feel like my blog is giving too much time to men in kilts but I’ve been following Stephen and Rab a.k.a. the “Kilted Coaches” videos on YT for a couple of months and their recent exercise video on how to strengthen your glutes is so much fun to watch.
As you can see they do get a bit cheeky at the end of their clip so it may not be appropriate to watch in the office, but if you’re interested you can watch the fitness video on YouTube, here.
If you happen to celebrate this holiday by finding dyed eggs that have been hidden by a bunny as well as eating jelly beans and chocolates, may you have more fun than these two children who will clearly require therapy later in life.
Why isn’t he sleeping on a proper bed? Surely someone who looks like this never has to sleep on an air mattress.
I have no idea if Seth Fornea celebrates Easter but I’ve posted a variety of photos of him over the years. He makes for the ideal ginger bunny, don’t you agree?
I assume he doesn’t take any cream with his coffee based on how his abs look.
