For $21.99 you too may purchase this unique gift for the hard to buy guy in your life. The video above is completely hilarious and I thought a total joke, but as it turns out Bob has a website where he sells all his outrageous products, Baron Bob dick towel.
Move over Carly Rae Jepsen, your catchy pop tune from the summer Call Me Maybe has been supplanted by an equally catchy, although unlikely pop song from Korea. This unintelligible song by PSY has climbed to the top of the charts in the USA, and the rather odd dance moves from this video are inspiring many, funny spoofs.
The way this guy was jumping, twirling and scaling walls made me wonder if he was channeling Spiderman. I wish I could do this, but I’d probably end up on a stretcher going to the hospital.
Steve Frayne may be the most famous magician / illusionist I’ve never heard of before. Frayne is the U.K.’s version of David Blaine. Perhaps best known for walking across the Thames, I loved this new video.
I’ve grown up consuming real maple syrup all my life, and the abundance of this in New England makes it a popular ingredient.
I love to cook with maple syrup; a natural sweetener that complements pork and chicken as a glaze. The meal I’ve pulled together in the video below cost approximately $12 and took me less than 20 minutes.
Last week those crazy Kiwis hosted a nude rugby game so the sports enthusiast you all know me to be couldn’t help but write about this event. The Nude Blacks started ten years ago as a joke but became popular enough to stage matches in Dunedin prior to regular international rugby events and this year the event drew many spectators despite threatening skies and cool temperatures.
Can’t get enough of this story? Check out the local paper which covered this game and includes an unedited video (NSFW).
Initially posted in December 2011 during the Republican Primary season, Mitt Romney sat down with this Vietnam war veteran. The vet was undecided about who to vote for before he spoke face-to-face with Romney, and by the end of the conversation decided Romney’s views on same sex marriage made him unsuitable to be President. Listen and decide for yourself.
Sarah Silverman recently released a video mocking the voter fraud debate in the United States. This is an argument I believe is a smokescreen for conservatives looking for legal recourse to discourage elderly, students and minorities from voting in the November election.
Note: Sarah is her usual colorful self – this is NSFW
On Tuesday I was watching So You Think You Can Dance (SYTYCD for short). One of the performances included a former contestant who comes back periodically to dance with current contestants. Anyone who has watched SYTYCD over the years will recognize Twitch.
I loved Twitch from the moment I saw him audition however many years ago on SYTYCD. Here is a video of Twitch from a couple of years ago dancing with contestant, Kherington Payne.
Last week BuzzFeed collected more than 2 dozen images of the impact repealing Don’t Ask Don’t Tell (DADT) has had on our military. You can see the full list of happy images by linking here.
These images must make those who opposed repealing the act seethe. The thought that gay and lesbian service men and women no longer need to cower in the shadows or fret over being outed by a jealous or angry peer must seem like a gross injustice to them.
According to Senator Rick Santorum allowing this to happen is wrong and in his words a “…social experimentation with our military and that is tragic” I beg to differ Senator Santorum; rather I find you and your political party tragic and I’m tired of your social experimentation.
Kristin Chenoweth is adorable teasing Anderson Cooper about his summer. Her cute comments result in Anderson addressing his decision to come out (again) this past summer.
How did I miss this video until now? The video is called How to Dance When You’re High on Life, but I’m going to go out on a limb and suggest that it was more than just life these two guys were high on.
At times it appears as if this rambling, fun natured, bro-bonding dancing has elements of choreography. Its been a long time since I’ve been to a straight night club, could any of my readers let me know if this is what I might see if I visited one?
I should say I have a lot of respect for anyone who learns to speak a second language, but I can’t help but laugh at the unintentional mispronunciation of “Coke” in this video.
This well meaning Korean teacher continues to pronounce the word “Coke” as “cock” and asks her students questions like Do you have a coke/cock? and How much is this coke/cock? It is incredibly juvenile I know, but it is also funny.
Do you live in or have friends in Australia? This is a great video to share with them and to post on your facebook page. The video explains why legalizing marriage is important and repudiates the same tired, homophobic arguments we hear in the United States.

Thank you to Brenton for posting this on his blog Aussielicious.
Last Saturday I was a judge at The Taste of Provincetown. All the great cooking along with the chef’s competition inspired me to go back into the kitchen and pull together this meal.
This is an easy to cook, nutritious meal that takes 20 minutes and cost approximately $15 in ingredients. Substitute ingredients you may not have or do not like for something that appeals to you.
Tip: If you do not care for mushrooms substitute the vegetable with something similar that will absorb some of the juice and flavoring of the mango salsa; refrain from starches – vegetables work best.
