Earlier this week this video of this Italian guy and his chihuahua doing yoga was making the rounds.
Feel free to roll out your yoga mats and join this handsome Italian and his pooch. I love it when they do downward dog together.

I’ve enjoyed watching comedian, Ross Mathews, since he first appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in 2001 as “Ross the Intern”. Since then he has appeared on a variety of television shows, but is most regularly seen on the funny Chelsea Lately show on E TV.
Starting next month Ross Matthews will have his self-titled show, Hello Ross, also on E TV. The show will feature Ross talking about – what else? – but pop culture. As I said, I’m a fan of this funny guy and if you are too then you may want to check out Metro Source magazine interview of Ross which you can read here.
I try not to make every other post be a photograph of some hunky guy because I know there are a lot of other blogs that do that sort of thing way better than me. However, I couldn’t resist posting this photo when I saw it on Kevinism’s blog.
I’m in New York City this evening for a day of meetings that start tomorrow. I love visiting NYC in the middle of the week during the summer.
The city that never sleeps seems to slow down a bit in the summer months, provided you stay away from the tourist traps. I won’t have much free time on this trip but hope to get over to Hell’s Kitchen tonight for a bite to eat. Anyone want to suggest where I should go? I was thinking of checking out Boxers on 9th Ave.

This week’s show: Eat, Pray, Love
This week’s temptation comes courtesy of Coffee and Porn in the Morning blog. Much thanks to the ladies who run this blog for all the visual stimuli. It certainly cheers me up in the morning.
Are you heading to Provincetown in the coming weeks? Are you looking for a bit of pampering? My buddy Miro who I wrote about last year in this post and earlier this summer in this post, works as a massage therapist. He can make house calls or you can schedule an appointment at his studio in the East End. I consider Miro a friend and wanted to give him a shout out to let people know about his massage services.
Schedule an appointment by texting: (617) 519-5189
Miro describes his style as a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sport massage. My partner Sergio is a fan and has been getting massages from Miro for the past few years when we visit Ptown. I confess I’ve never had a massage, but I can tell you that Sergio always returns relaxed and feeling great. Miro’s rates are competitive at $90 for one hour or $130 for 90 minutes.
Want to schedule a bit of pampering while in Ptown? Check out my buddy Miro. You can contact Miro by phone to learn more about his services or to set up an appointment by texting, (617) 519-5189.
